*All our packages are fully insured. The estimated delivery mentioned above for shipping include production time. Each customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to international shipments. The Aurum Bar has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or delivery services.


It’s the customer's responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete shipping address.
If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout.


When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Notification email.

This email will provide you with your order ID to track your item as it makes its way to you, as well as the date your order was shipped. You can also check the status of your order online by logging into the track my order page with your Order ID and Email.


The estimated shipping date is based on the selected shipping method. Shipping dates are based on business days and they do not include weekends and holidays. Special orders may have a longer processing and manufacturing time frame.

Aurum Bar currently ships and accepts returns from all domestic (Canada) and international locations (rest of the world). 


We want you to be happy with your Aurum Bar purchases! You can return the qualifying item(s) for a refund or credit within 30 days from the order date. 

Please note, we do not provide return labels. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and in new condition

  • In their original packaging

  • Sale items, personalized items, hair accessories and jewelry care and accessories are FINAL SALE

  • Accompanied by the packing list with noted return merchandise authorization number and reason code

  • All Earring are non-refundable and FINALE SALE.

Returns are sent to our headquarters in Calgary, AB, Canada. Shipping costs and any other fees associated with sending your package back will be the responsibility of the customer. No return shipping labels will be provided with your package.

Note that we do not accept packages that incur duties/customs or handling fees will be not be accepted. If you are shipping from the USA, please ship with USPS (United States Postal Service).

Once your return is received and checked, a refund or credit will be issued to you within 2 weeks to the same form of payment. If your order was paid using a gift card, you will be credited back on a gift card.

Note that refunds vary on a case by case basis, and not all returns are treated the same so please contact us before sending your order back if you have any questions. 



The easiest way to make an exchange is to return the item you do not want and place a new order for the correct item. This way, you don't have to wait for your returned item to be received before your new item is shipped out. Once your return is received, a refund or credit will be issued. We do not process exchanges in any other way.
